- Proper Storage Post-Delivery: We maintain strict cold-chain and storage standards until delivery. Once delivered, the customer is solely responsible for storing perishables (milk, frozen foods, meat) at correct temperatures.
- Limitation of Liability: Our maximum legal liability for any disputed order is strictly capped at the total monetary value paid by the customer for that specific order.
